- some fixes keep landing, numbers keep dropping towards the level we want, but not yet there.
- bug 1013972 (#7) and bug 883134 (#10) are regressions, have been low volume before 30, both around stopping plugins, investigation going on

- Android 29 seems to be the most stable version we have shipped so far, beta 30 looks like it might be even better!
