Stability

Aurora

  • bug 805406 (gfxContext::PushClipsToDT) is at #1 on Aurora by far.
    • AI Check with Bas on the paper fix for this fix till D2D is rolled out
  • bug 962163 (__delayLoadHelper2 | ffi_closure_STDCALL) is still #3 but will not affect beta.
  • bug 952321 (mozilla::dom::DocumentBinding::genericMethod) is #5, discussions are ongoing.

Beta

  • [tracy] I find it interesting that the crashes per 100 ADI charts for 27beta and 26 release have been tracking nearly parallel to each other at ~0.3 crashes apart for at least 2 weeks. https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/home/products/Firefox#duration=14
    • That's mostly expected unless we do a lot of volume-significant fixes.
  • 27 beta is still a bit worse than 26 beta was, mostly due to bug 805406 (gfxContext::PushClipsToDT)
