  • Get your goals in for Q3!
  • Research wants a recorded Rust training series (no action reqd) -- Flaki: after MozLondon community members were asking about the Research "Rust Training" slides, they really liked it and wanted to give it to local folks
  • Also DevTools: Working with Brian to have them present about how devtools were rewritten (Please include Gabriel Mickso in dev tools training, he knows React and is interested in learning more)
  • CSS: educate peoples on it, write more on it
  • Also put your goals in Workday

Worked on Team presentation Rust - Talked with Azita about us getting properly trained on Rust to do a recorded talk Setup a couple of talks for ConnectJS Meet with Sencha and they showed us there Developer Tools

Last week:

  • Worked on Web Animation demo (had a brainstorming session with Sam/Sole), been reading the spec, etc.
  • Submitted proposal to ffconf (Full Frontal Brighton)

This coming week:

  • Work on Web Animations demos! Goal is to have the examples finished by the end of the week so we can get feedback and polish the site the week before Firefox ships animations.


Dan

Last week:

  • Presented 3 talks at OpenWest and also attended the SLC Python User Group. Went very well, despite new-venue growing pains.
  • Got super sick during the trip.

  • Pitched Mozfest 2016 at the project meeting
  • Wrote Dipesh’s endorsement for Reps
  • Tech Speakers: Reviewing and editing for more facilitator communication

  • Tweets, lead off of the WebCombat tweet, leading in the Rust post, some Webassembly tweets
  • TechSpeakers V2 stuff, organizing, helping out Havi and some of the facilitators
  • This week's London PWA planning as well as other PWA stuff (Berlin, JSConf Iceland etc)
  • Helping Mozilla Hungary folks with stuff back at home & some development (a Mozilla Quiz app is in the making!)
  • Lots of VS Berlin-related mailings and discussions

This coming week:

  • Going to NodeLive London on Wednesday, also mentoring on NodeTogether (similar to nodeschool, teaching node for diverse folks)
  • Doing a PWA Workshop in London on Saturday with Alex Lakatos
  • Working on a personal poject, codename Stardestroyer (for CFP and the Berlin TS Meetup. It's gonna be--- !!!)
