Stage 1: Definition
1. Feature overview
Firefox has both "Web Console" and "Error Console" features right now. The Error Console is old legacy code that is much less friendly than the Web Console, but it lives on because it lists errors that come up in browser chrome and is a necessary tool for working on Firefox and add-ons.
This feature is about the creation of a "Global Console" that is a version of the Web Console built to handle the same kinds of things people use the Error Console for today.
