Hang Issue

• Found a couple of problems for builds before Nov 26th.
• Going to pref off the hang detector so Ben and Andreas can check if it's working properly - bug 705748. Need to follow-up to make sure this gets fixed and we get in a position where we can turn it back on.
• Not many dups for now.
• Kairo - looked at first 13 in the data and the graphs. Some are going down in the past 2 days and the rest are the same.
• Go through the top 25 list of signatures - log stuff that hasn't changed the level since Nov 26th.
• Need a strategy for what we are doing with this.
• Asa - could we adjust the timing to 35s, 40s, 45s...see how long people are waiting.
• We got a rough idea of the hang to crash data MIGHT be. Would WinQual data help us correlate this?
• KaiRo - looked through the top 12 chrome hangs from yesterday's data. Only 1 of those 12 DOESN'T have today's build id.

• System Restore
  • The number of system restore crashes are up and the ratio is up since the numbers are going down.
  • Might need more outreach to people getting crashes.
  • Sheila will follow-up with Cheng.

Mobile

• Dougt joining us today.
• Dougt will look changing the app name. This would be easiest for us to split up the Fennec and Native stuff in Socorro.
• KaiRo - plan B would be to use a different release channel name.
