  • Malware issue is still the top crash on 4.0.1. Apparently Symantec is working on a tool that might help. Need to get status and figure out what the tool will do to help.
  • Next Action - Marcia will email them back and find out what is going on.
• Many crashes fixed between 4.0 and 4.0.1

Aurora

• Bug 648022
  • A related bug was fixed on the trunk. If this causes the signature to disappear, we might need to take that change for Aurora OR continue to figure out what the regression is.
  • Next Action: Sheila will talk to someone about this.
• Bug 645775
  • We haven't been able to reproduce this one.
  • Not a new regression. We logged it since 4.0. On the trunk and Aurora. Probably URL related but we might have done something
  • Next Action: Marcia looking at this.
• Bug 650839
  • On older versions but not logged until recently.
  • Not high on the list for older versions but Aurora has low user base.

Beta

• Marcia trying test crashes for Beta.
• She can see the reports individually but the query isn't working.
• Socorro is tagging this as 5.0 NOT 5.0b1.
• Next Action: Sheila will check into this. Version is 5.0 but the Gecko version is 5.0b1.

Trunk

• A few new crashes to log
  • js::GCMarker::drainMarkStack()
  • nsVoidArray::SizeTo(int) - might be the same person crashing - dup

• Crash team will get together again this week to review plugin crashes.
