Overview
Community builders from across the project, both paid staff and volunteers, will meet for 3 days in San Francisco from December 11-13. The purpose of this meetup is to collaborate on shared goals and plans to support all community building efforts across Mozilla in 2014 in order to move forward with growing the size of the community to one million Mozillians in ten years.
Format
The first day will focus on celebrating what we've accomplished in 2013 and identifying where we are now and what needs to get done in 2014.
The second day will focus on coming up with solutions and making plans to put needed resources in place.
The third day will focus on creating action items for applying these resources to deepening and broadening contribution opportunities in 2014.

Deliverables
This meetup is a work meetup where the primary focus is going to be on getting things done. To this end, participants will be breaking out in small breakout groups throughout the meetup to work together in crafting actions plans (see action plan template) around each of the community building pillars that will identify what will get done in 2014, who will be involved and how long it will take.
Breakout Sessions
The format of the breakout sessions will be largely based on the format used at Mozilla Reps Camps. Find out more here...
Streaming
For those of you that unfortunately cannot join us, we will have streaming of all the sessions and the breakout workshops too. Streaming info will be announced as soon as we have the links :) Those sessions will be also recorded.
Travel
For those traveling to the event, there is information about visiting the San Francisco office at
IRC
On a more general note we will be using #cbt extensively so join us for any questions you have.
Social
During the meetup it is expected to heavily tweet, take pics, post on all social networks etc :) Please use #cbt2013 for all of those! (we will be doing mashups after the event, so bring on those pics!)
Random Ideas Box
During the Meetup, we'll be coming up with A LOT of ideas. Some will be good, some will be not so good, and some will be AWESOME. We'll have a special wall where people will be strongly encouraged to scribble down any idea that comes up and post-it.
