- Strategy lens discussions
- No update for last week. There was a senior team offsite (SC+VPs) at the end of last week though and I'll share more about that when I find out. I also prepared an update for Debbie on the 10x goal for her to take there (see below)

- Other items
- Debbie asked me to prepare information about progress toward the 10x goal and the risks and opportunities we're facing. This was a last minute request that came in the day before the senior offsite, so I didn't have time to create it collaboratively -- I do think it captures the discussions we've been having lately. Interested in people's thoughts.
- Next steps with volunteer policy docs
- For the public document, I'll blog about the agreement and share it on an upcoming project call and then we can plan to have it go live on www.mozilla.org as part of an upcoming Get Involved page update
- For the internal policy document, we'll need to find time to go through it together to make sure we're all well versed in it. Maybe something for an in person discussion in August at our work week?

- Aggregate: https://docs.google.com/a/mozilla.com/spreadsheets/d/16nwXbY0KnFAIz_5WeJ8jYTlmqKCJhJpd89C2zYOPW0w/edit#gid=0
- The aggregate total fits in with our available budget and gives us enough room to include the actuals from earlier travel this year and some leeway for unplanned trips
- Go ahead and book flights, including for August work week
- Risk is that if we don't stick to this budget, we'll need to scale back what's possible with an end of the year Community Builders meetup
- Question-- are we planning the work week through a travel agent? Same question for work week in London attached to MozFest? +1 - also, are we planning to have all 3 interns and Jennie join the August work week?
- Next steps
- Mapping our work back to people team goals
- People team one pager for reference: https://docs.google.com/a/mozilla.com/document/d/1BAoCiYNxTRmJiA9w3PFm53xI01t_jylll9KTALU_iWc/edit
- Increase active contributors to Mozilla’s target initiatives by 10x
- 100% of top active contributors are identified
- 50% of active contributors will bring at least one new member to the project
- 90% of EOY active contributors express an intention to contribute to the project for at least the next 12 months
- At least a 4 out of 6 rating as a trusted partner to the project
- Let's have a discussion if we are asked to help with projects that don't directly map to the above goals.
- People team one pager for reference: https://docs.google.com/a/mozilla.com/document/d/1BAoCiYNxTRmJiA9w3PFm53xI01t_jylll9KTALU_iWc/edit
- Creating visibility on our partnerships
- Our team needs more visibility, HRBPs are asking for more visibility, Debbie is asking too
- What can we do
- Iterate on SmartSheet -- let's refine what we track there. What's essential? What's missing or not filled out now? What columns can we drop?
- Iterate on wiki
- What does our Practical Plants look like?
