Ranking Non-standard API/properties priorities (miket)

Bug 17770774 contains a lot of the non standards Web Compatibility requirements. We need to rank them for prioritizing the work of Engineers. Group exercise. Feel free to bring any weird layout bugs affecting compatibility that aren't linked

• TODO: mike to update Gecko Improvements due to Web Compat effort (add "Add support for element.style["css-property-name"] non-standard extension" if not already, plus recent work in Japan)
• TODO: mike to put the list of priority bugs on wiki, link + file some bugz
• TODO: karl to do the review of Mike's screenshot top 200.
• TODO: karl to have a bigger picture of the max-width stuff (maybe a graph? have to figure out)

Follow up on Q3 goals from Whistler (miket)

• TODO: (mike) to send an email with the goals we have written on paper at Whistler.
