This section is for items that we want to track/discuss on a weekly basis.

  • OKR: reduce time spent developing user forms
    • Q1 time spent thus far: 2
    • Legal and Contracts moving to new tool to replace BMO forms
      • Need to get timeline for decommissioning and redirecting from existing forms

Administration

  • OKR: user survey bug 1339290
    • Waiting on Legal Review
  • Emma reviewed GSoC statement of work and suggested restricting to new bug entry
  • Outreachy
    • Discussion of Kanban, do we want to add a new feature
    • Given resources it may be better to not do Outreachy this cycle
  • Dylan needs to be able to send an email to a few hundred thousand people, what do?
    • Dylan to ask about account aging
    • Emma will file bug with Marketing Comms to get email going since that will take a couple of weeks

Development

  • ElasticSearch, bug 1184823
  • Emoji/utf8mb4, bug 1253535
  • We have a chunk of bugs on modal that we should prioritize and split up between Dylan and volunteers
    • Triage and add bmo-small keyword
    • Direct GSoC/Outreachy applications at these bugs

Operations

  • Cloud Ops migration
    • Asking for project management resources
    • Performance and component/version data gathering, bug 1339516
