- [mcote] Let's try something with admin/service tasks:
- Includes standard things like component creation but also triaging, replying to bugs and such. Larger items can be discussed at the weekly meeting, but it's good to reply soon, even if it's only with a "we'll bring this up".
- Scheduled times, alternating between dkl & dylan
- Treat them as meetings, meaning expected context changes, and don't miss them.
- [dkl] Dylan and I have come up with a plan alternate days on batch processing administrative tasks. This should give less than 24 hour turn around on most things. It is on our respective calendars as well :)
