Tracking flags

• bzAPI default search broken; fix already pushed.
• Various problems related to tracking flags in searches, bug duplication, etc. Working through the fixes.
• Despite inefficiencies in the way bzAPI does searches (returning all columns by default), not going to modify bzAPI because it will be deprecated before too long, and we don't want to break existing users.
• Full post-mortem next week.

Phabricator

• Another candidate for review tool.
• Has its own issue tracker but that can be disabled.
• Not sure exactly how it compares to ReviewBoard.
• Written in PHP, not Python, which is a minus.
• Whatever we choose, we only want one tool in the end (fragmentation, security, maintenance).
• Potentially stand both up for experimentation and leave it to the cloud to decide on them; however, this means that the loser's reviews will be wiped.

Git migration

• Working on a git-to-bzr script.
• mcote will announce the idea to switch to git to bugzilla-dev in the near future.
