Sendmail improvements

• Patch up for upstream review
• Some timings on glob's local machine:
  • 51 email recipients: 761 ms to 367 ms
  • 200 recipients: 3.1 s to 1.6 s

Public bugs ES db

• Waiting on general security review
• Some prototyping of middleware/proxy
• Discussion on what to do when bug changes from confidential to public:
  • Maintain separate indices, one for public and one for private?
    • Original idea got go-ahead from security based on *only* having public bugs in the db, so not a good idea.
  • Scrape all of bug's history?
    • Will need to recognize and act on this particular change (confidential to public), but we will have to do that in reverse anyway.

Patch review tool

• All small splinter improvements have landed.
• Discussions about review board continue--git integration, command-line tool.
