• a failed data consistency check resulted in duplicate entries in dependencies, bugs_activity and profiles_activity table
  • a uniqueness constraint was incorrectly assumed
  • some data loss may have occurred as bugzilla code doesn't deal correctly with these unexpected duplicates
  • duplicates have been removed by sheeri, working on adding keys to ensure this won't happen again

ServiceNow

• on hold pending responses from service-now consultant and mozilla staff
  • glob will chase moco staff this week for clarification around user synchronisation

QA Field Migration

• migration testing on bugzilla-stage waiting on IT to schedule
