- Anything else we can think of.
Meeting Notes
4.0 Upgrade
- Gerv has filed several bugs over the past month related to 4.0 issues and feature requests (gerv)
- Diff bmo/4.0 against upstream 4.0 to get a complete list of customizations and compile final list for requirements (dkl)
- New high level 4.0 upgrade tracker created for tracking issues that must be fixed/implemented before 4.0 release. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=bmo-4.0-upgrade (dkl)
- Create a bmo-4.0-regressions tracker similar to what was done for 3.6 to track any issues post release of 4.0 (dkl)
- Look into Litmus for tracking manual test cases. These test cases should test the various b.m.o customizations for final sign off. (dkl)
- Decided that the go-live date for 4.0 will need to be after Firefox 4 has shipped so the date is still to be determined (dkl)
- Go through current list of open issues and requests against b.m.o and decide which should be implemented in 4.0, which should be implemented now for 3.6 and which can wait (dkl)
Random
- Gerv to work on other projects for now and hand off 4.0 to dkl for now.
- Dkl is working on Splinter integration for 3.6 and 4.0 and hopes to be done soon.
