- Overview (2 min brief update)
Desktop Firefox (Juan)
- Fx4: Beta 11 candidate builds today. Ship date, next week(?).
- Bugday this Friday to help verify FIXED Fx4 hard/soft blockers - link
- High priority for Firefox 4 - please help if you can (even just 30 minutes)
Maintenance and Security (Al)
- 3.6.14 / 3.5.17 releases on schedule for 2/11/2011.
Browser Technologies (Tony)
- Fennec (aakash)
- Fennec 4 Beta 4 went out yesterday
- Beta 4 Results startup & Page load time tests from Waverley. See perf wiki for details on how tests were determined.
- Sync (tracy)
- The last non places blocked fixes went into the beta10 cycle.
- Places fixes (significant history API changes related Sync fixes in prior to b11
- PAKE changes signed off on and pushed to Production
- Python server: db crashes solved. Waiting on go for retest with additional changes.
- Test Pilot (tracy)
- Core crasher bug in beta10 forced jono to turn off Studies on Mac 'til beta11. The fix that caused the bug in TP notifications ,and other crashers, was backed out
- Jetpack (ayan)
- SDK 1.0b2 released last week.
- Flightdeck 1.0a8 code freeze next week.
- ACE editor will be integrated in this release of flightdeck.
- Firefox Home (tony)
- Signing off 1.1.1 testing today

- Accessibility:
- FX4: The biggies landed like bug 626660, Tuesday's and Wednesday's nightly builds were better than any of the recent weeks' builds.
- Reacting quickly to crash reports as they come in through nightly builds. Between reporting and fixing most of these crashes is usually only a couple of hours.
- FX 3.6.15: One approved patch from our end, an old crash fix that now surfaced sporadically in Thunderbird.
- FX4: The biggies landed like bug 626660, Tuesday's and Wednesday's nightly builds were better than any of the recent weeks' builds.
Test Automation (Henrik)
- General
- For releases we will now run tests for all locales (BFT, Updates)
- Great feedback from localizers about our l10n testrun and Mozmill Crowd
- New contact (Bernhard Wiedemann) to openSUSE, who now also run daily tests for 32-bit and 64-bit vanilla Firefox on openQA (inclusive video recording).
- Mozmill
- Mozmill 1.5.2 still delayed. Waiting for RC3, should arrive today.
- Our tests have been disabled on buildbot. No big intention from our side to get it enabled before Mozmill 2.0 has been released.
