DnD Smoketest

Smoketest to run *before* checking in any DnD changes:
- drag favicon from location bar onto toolbar should drop
- drag favicon from location bar onto sidebar folder should drop
- drag favicon from location bar onto sidebar whitespace at bottom should not drop
- drag favicon from location bar onto library default content pane (All Bookmarks) should not drop (current failing, bug 415125)
- drag favicon from location bar onto valid folders in the left pane of the library should drop (menu, toolbar, unfiled, tag folders, or any descendent folders of those. currently failing, bug 415198)
- drag favicon from location bar onto valid folders in the right pane of the library should drop (menu, toolbar, unfiled, tag folders, or any descendent folders of those, currently failing, bug 415198)

- delete any item should select the item preceding it
