We kindly ask your attention for the following matter. Stefan Van Damme is the owner of several trademarks among which the trademark "Turn Off the Lights". The "Turn Off the Lights" trademark is registered in many countries worldwide and due to our marketing activities one of our well known trademark for the browser extension.

We recently see a Firefox addon that violated the use of our trademark name inside. The infringing firefox addon: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/youtube-lights-off/
1. The 3th screenshot of the infringing firefox addon, he provide this text: "Click on the moon icon in order to turn off the lights. Click on the icon again and the lights are back on." And he violated the use of our trademark as a generic term.
But then we discover that that developer steal part of our work, example he copy also our (translation) description text (from our Firefox, Chrome, Opera addon "Turn Off the Lights")

2. This infringing addon is showing exactly the same YouTube options as in my "Turn Off the Lights" addon.
a) We call a feature to automatic dim the page when you click on the play button (on YouTube and all the HTML5 videos): Autoplay The infringing extension call this: Autoplay (YouTube)
b) We got a shortcut key: By using the Ctrl + Shift + L to do the lights on or off. And also here the infringing extension use the same shortcut key combination. (with ctrl and shift together)
c) In our addon we included also few YouTube™ options and that users self asked to us to make this. See attachment, screenshot of our "Turn Off the Lights" extension option page:

Did are reason he copy and steal part of our "Turn Off the Lights" extension translation files.
4. The text description in the store is the same of our (again the same words): We use this: The entire page will be fading to dark, so you can watch the video as if you were in the cinema.
With one click on the lamp button, the page will be fading to dark. And automatic focus to the video. Click again, the page will return back as normal.

Violated Google policy 5. "Youtube Lights Off" extension name violated the use of the Google trademark, it use no TM text inside.
Ask you to remove this infringing extension from the Firefox addon gallery, because the use of our features and use 100% our translation files.
Set out in detail the rights you claim and the basis of the ownership claim (including, if a trademark, the trademark registration number, country and class of registration).
"TURN OFF THE LIGHTS" is a trademark of "Stefan Van Damme" in US.
