Legal/Infringement Notices/Lima Sky

Dear Mozilla,

Hughes Media Law Group (“HMLG”) is the authorized legal representative of Lima Sky, LLC ("Lima Sky”), the owner of the game application Doodle Jump and related intellectual property including but not limited to all source and object code, characters, text, artwork, logos, storylines, photographs, music and all other copyrightable content appearing therein (individually and collectively, the "Lima Sky Material") (See https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/doodle-jump/id307727765?mt=8 for examples of Lima Sky Material).

As required under Sections 512(c)(3) and 512(d)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §§ 512(c)(3) and 512(d)(3)), we are placing Mozilla on notice that Lima Sky is the exclusive owner of the copyrights in and to the Lima Sky Material.

The following item available for download through the Firefox Marketplace incorporates unauthorized copies of the Lima Sky Material and infringes Lima Sky’s rights in and to Lima Sky Material (collectively “Infringing Material”): https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/doodl-jump; Doodl Jump (version 1.0.3),

As Lima Sky’s authorized representative, we have a good faith belief that the Infringing Material is not authorized for sale and/or distribution by Lima Sky, its agents or applicable law. The information in this Notice of Copyright Infringement is accurate and under penalty of perjury, HMLG is authorized to act on behalf of Lima Sky.

We request that Mozilla remove the Infringing Material immediately and promptly provide HMLG with confirmation of the removal.
