The developer has taken our source code without our consent, and submitted to the marketplace as their own (1) changing only the attribution (Application Settings Page) to his information (2) changing partially the copyright notice in the Javascript source code with his own name (3) and replacing the icon with new icon

The developer after my request has removed the application from being public, I request that it is removed completely from the system so it cannot be re-submitted The developer has conducted the same with another application which a separate respective DMCA notice will be submitted from that developer
