How can I keep track of all the changes going on?
- Go to [/localization your localization dashboard].
- Click on the {button Subscribe...} button.
- The menu presents you the following options:
- Waiting for review: This includes all the submitted articles. If you are a Locale Leader you should follow this category in your own language, so you can see when someone contributes to your locale. All Reviewers should follow this as well, to know when the latest versions of articles are ready to be reviewed by them.
- Approved: Once an article is approved it becomes visible to the everyone. You should follow this in your own language if you are a Locale Leader or Reviewer, as this shows you the activity of all the Reviewers in the language.
- Ready for localization: Once an article is stable in the English version the Editors will mark it as ready for localization. If you are a Locale Leader or a Localizer you should follow this, so you will always be alerted of changes to the English KB.
- Waiting for review: This includes all the submitted articles. If you are a Locale Leader you should follow this category in your own language, so you can see when someone contributes to your locale. All Reviewers should follow this as well, to know when the latest versions of articles are ready to be reviewed by them.
Remember that you can always unsubscribe from the updates, if you don't want to receive them via email. Some contributors prefer to simply bookmark the Localization Dashboard for their language and visit it every now and then to see what's going on.
